Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of services offered by PropManageX Solution Private Limited.

Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of property management services by providing a written notice as per the terms mentioned in the service agreement.

Notice Period

All service agreements are subject to a minimum notice period as specified in the agreement. Services will remain active during the notice period, and applicable fees will continue to be charged.

Mid-Term Cancellation

If services are cancelled mid-term, no refunds will be provided for fees already paid. Any pending dues must be cleared before termination of services.

Automatic Renewals

Service agreements that include auto-renewal clauses must be cancelled prior to the renewal date as per agreement terms to avoid additional charges.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, PropManageX will hand over relevant property-related documents, data, and access as per contractual obligations.
