Refund Policy – PropManageX

PropManageX Solution Private Limited provides property management and related services to property owners, tenants, and clients. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and transparency.
Service Fees
All service fees charged by PropManageX for property management, tenant placement, documentation, rent management, and related services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.
Advance Payments
Any advance payment made towards services will be adjusted against the final invoice. Refunds for advance payments will be considered only if services have not commenced and after deducting applicable administrative charges.
Third-Party Charges
Payments made towards third-party services such as government fees, stamp duty, maintenance vendors, utilities, or external service providers are non-refundable, as these are outside PropManageX’s control.
Duplicate or Excess Payments
In case of duplicate or excess payments made by a client, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
